Vegeta was willing to take his time on this whole thing. After all, what would be fun about growing big enough to fill the Universe in one go? It was better to assert his dominance, piece by piece. So he grabbed Goku and placed him on his chest, laying horizontal, relaxing. Goku sat cross legged and said, "How big are you planning on growing anyway?"

"Big as I can!" Vegeta said simply.

Goku thought about this and said, "Any particular reason why?"

Vegeta grinned and said, "Because the Universe needs to know who is the true god in this life! All species will be converted until the Universe is populated by saiyans that will all obey me!"

Goku nodded and said, "That does seem like something you would do."

Vegeta rolled his eyes. He didn't want Goku to start going off on some kind of tangent explaining the greater good in the world and how you should protect and not control through intimidation. So he grabbed Goku and started to, almost absently, rub him up and down his dick. Feeling the tiny body there, it didn't take long for it to get hard. Vegeta growled in pleasure as he felt his dick stiffen more and more. He dropped Goku at the base of the tower and started to shrink him. Goku could only watch in amazement as Vegeta's meat pole towered higher and higher until the head was lost to sight. And still higher it grew as Goku became smaller and smaller. Vegeta searched the area around his dick and saw that Goku had shrunk out of sight. No matter. He could still sense his power level. He continued to shrink him, wanting him to see how insignificant he truly was against him.

From Goku's perspective, he lost sight of the dick as a whole completely. Looking to the left or right he saw it simply going on forever. Looking up, it went on forever as well. Looking behind him, the rest of Vegeta's body was obscured by a thick tangle of pubic hair. Goku was in awe of all of this. He was starting to appreciate the kind of control Vegeta had over him.
