In order to instill this lesson in insignifigance totally, Vegeta left Goku shrunken at the base of his cock and started moving through the Universe again, looking for galaxies to conquer or destroy. He stretched his body out, his hands questing all around him until he felt another galaxy. Using his enhanced senses he gazed into the tiny speck and looked to see how many planets were in it. A dissapointing number. Only a dozen planets in the whole galaxy. There wouldn't even be a point converting this useless speck of dust. Vegeta let go of the speck and rose above it until his foot was hovering over it. He brought down his foot and felt the small droplet of a galaxy be completely destroyed by his massive foot. He laughed at it's feeble structure and continued hunting for more galaxies.

Meanwhile, Goku had leaned against the dick and was waiting to see what would happen next. He couldn't very well escape from Vegeta's body as it would take days to move even a fraction of the way up Vegeta's dick and out of the pubic planet. He knew Vegeta would remember he was here eventually and then he would grow him back to a more viewable size. Suddenly Goku saw a huge shining entity falling towards him. Goku flew out of the way as another galaxy fell down to Vegeta's scrotum. To Vegeta, it was no doubt a speck, but to Goku it was over thirty times his size. But he couldn't see individual planets in it so he was still pretty big. Suddenly, he heard Vegeta's voice rumble from above, "Oops, looks like I dropped one!"

Goku fell to his back as he saw the unbelievably huge fingers of Vegeta descend to retrieve the galaxy. Goku was right. The galaxy was barely a speck to Vegeta who had trouble picking it up. Goku knew that Vegeta was putting that galaxy with the Milky Way under his foreskin. As he thought of the Milky Way, he wondered how his sons were getting on. He wondered if anyone in the Milky Way actually knew what had happened and where they were now living. No doubt some people would have trouble comprehending the situation. Goku was having some trouble believing it himself. But he had seen it. Hell, he had a galaxy under his own foreskin! He pulled back his foreskin and smiled down at the small shining speck. It was nice to be able to protect so many people. Vegeta would eventually convert the people in the galaxy and then they wouldn't need protection. But for now Goku was happy to keep them so close.
