Goku tucked Vegeta into his gi sash for safe keeping and ran upstairs to find Bulma. It didn't take him long to find her putting on her earrings in the upstairs bathroom. She saw him in the mirror and turned to face him.

"Hey Goku! Sorry, but I can't show you my invention just now. The meeting was earlier than I thought."

Goku smiled and said, "I think I know what it does!"

And with that Goku pulled out the tiny Vegeta. Bulma gasped and said, "Oh no! Vegeta, what did you do?"

"Me?!?!? This is your fault! You should put a warning on that machine or something!"

Bulma sighed and said, "Probably." She checked her watch. "I've got a little time. Let's get you fixed up."

They all walked down to the lab room and Bulma decapsulized the machine. She fiddled with the controls and said, "Goku, put Vegeta about three feet from the machine."

Goku set Vegeta down. Vegeta looked up at the gun as it pointed down at him. Finally this would all be over! Bulma fiddled some more than said, "Okay! It's ready! Goku, stand back!"

They both stood behind the machine and Bulma said, "Ready? In three, two, one.."

She pressed a button and a beam shot out at Vegeta. Nothing seemed to happen. Suddenly, the machine started to sputter and kick. The beam wavered and shot out stronger blasting Vegeta with a large amount of energy. Finally, the thing shut off, smoking slightly.

"Whoops! Looks like some of the bugs aren't quite worked out. I thought I had it too!" Bulma said looking the machine over. "I might have to cancel that meeting after all..."

"Aren't you worried about Vegeta?" Goku asked.

They both rushed over to the slightly smoking form of Vegeta. He was lying face down. He groaned and slowly lifted himself up. Once he was standing again, he began to change.
