Inuyasha and gang had finally caught up to Naraku, and they were toe to toe in a final battle. Naraku had collected every single piece of the jewl, but it was knocked to the ground during battle and rolled over to Kagome.

"That's...the jewl shard", Kagome thought.

Thinking fast, without thinking at all, she shot the jewl towards Inuyasha.

"What the...", Inuyasha managed to blurt out before the jewl was absorbed into his body.

He started to glow for a bit, before thinking to himself.

"I, I've finally got the jewl....but, should I use it to save my friends, or gain the power I've always wanted?", Inuyasha thought carefully.
