Kai desided there could be only one giant in this city. He couldn't allow them to even escape because they might find away to re-grow them selves or worse, shrink him down. He decided that letting them back into the city would be unwize so instead he thought to put them into the one place they wouldn't be able to escape.

He made a gap between his briefs and his butt and dropped the shrinking two-sum into the gap. They went flying into Kai's briefs like a brick falling from a skyscrapper. The impact wasn't as bad as they'd expected, they had bounced off the smooth fabric of the briefs and landed on top of Kai's butt which put them in a very ocward position when he let go of his briefs and they couldn't move. They hated the smell, the oder and the fact that they had become small enough for their friend to put them in his briefs.

They could hear Kai's evil laugh as he waltz on through the city....
