Suddenly, Matt began to shrink! He dwindled down in size until he was face to face with Tai's shoes! Tai looked down at his tiny little friend in awe, just as Matt looked up at his big friend in absolute terror. He began jumping up and down screaming at the top of his lungs, unfortunately it was only a tiny squeak to Tai. Who then crouched down to see him better.

"Matt.....Wha-what happened!?" Tai asked staring at him in astonishment. Matt backed away from his friend's huge face. It was only then that he realized how tiny he really was, Tai's face looked like one of the faces on Mount Rushmore! "How should I know!? I think it had something to do with that crystal!" Matt squeaked out.

"Um.....Tai, Why are you looking at me like that?" Matt said backing away from his giant friend who was smiling at him in a very creepy way.

"I always wanted a pet...." Tai said quietly as he began to slowly inch closer and closer to Matt, holding his hands up as if he was getting ready to pounce.

"Tai...don't, W-What are you going to do?" Matt whimpered just before Tai sprang forward and snatched up the tiny Matt.

Matt squirmed and wriggled in his grip as Tai stood up and brought him to his face, laughing his head off. "Oh man you should've seen your face! 'Oh no Tai what are you going to do!?' HAHAHAHAHA!!!!" Tai laughed making fun of Matt's previous whimpering.

"Tai! This is serious! You've got to help me! And don't ever do that again! You scared me half to death!" Matt said breathing heavily.

"Hehehehe. Lighten up Matt, I just couldn't resist! Alright lets go." Tai said standing back up.

"Uh Tai, where are you taking me?" Matt asked.

"Back to my place, I really can't leave my buddy here all by himself an inch high can I?" Tai said.

Matt was finally able to relax knowing that Tai was going to help him out......or so he thought.
