2 years later Kira has completed his global rampage. Everyone in the world knows of him and worships him as god. He had destroyed a large number of people who opposed him. Including his old friends the Gundam pilots and the entire military force of the entire planet. Everyone in the world now worships Kira who is now immortal due to the side effects of the drink. The world has changed drasitcally. To a world of few where everyone simply worships one boy. Kira Yamato. They have built cities in his honor and built life sized statues of him. Kira is in glee of the thought of finally completed his mission. He sits upon his throne made of the remains of countless destroyed cities as the king of earth.
