Hours passed as the school day went on. In every class Jaden slept while the others listened intently and took notes. Tyranno had kicked Syrus out of his usual seat next to Jaden and had forced him into the row behind Jaden. He had wanted to sit on the other side of Jaden; but that was impossible since the new Jaden clone Johan had arrived. Since he arrived Jaden had been spending more time with him or Tyranno since he forces himself onto Jaden.

Syrus sat behind Jaden, sorrow in his eyes. Professor Crowler was teaching and was constantly bringing down members of Slyther Red. He did it to everyone but Jaden since he had aknowledged Jaden as a real duelist (Though he would never say that aloud.). Jaden just sat there looking down at Jaden while Crowler went on and on. 'It's not fair.' Syrus said angrily. 'Everyone keeps on taking Jaden away from me! When will I get some alone time to talk with Jaden? I'd even duel him if it would get some time with him.'

However, Syrus mind began to focus on something else as the class went on. He heard a rumbling sound. At first he didn't know where it was coming from. But then he heard the rumbling sound get louder and louder. Syrus rubbed his stomach in pain as felt it rumble again. 'Why am I so hungry all of a sudden? Why do I feel like eating a huge feast!? I just ate before school started!' Syrus thought as the rumbling continued to worsen.

"And so class the new series of duel monster cards called-" Professor Crowler spoke until he heard a huge rumbling sound erupt throughout the room. His eyes twitched angrily as everyone looked around to see who it was. "Who is making that inconsiderate racket!? If you don't tell me right now it's detention for the next eight weeks and ten extra assignments each day!"

A few seconds passed until Syrus raised his hand and gulped. "It's my stomach sir. I'm really hungry!" Syrus told him as another rumble emerge from his stomach, this one even louder than the last. Jaden and the gang looked up at Syrus, concern filling their faces.

"Well get on out of here and see the school's nurse! I don't want that racket disturbing my classes!" Crowler instructed him.

"Yes sir!" Syrus said as he got out of his seat.

Jaden looked up at Syrus concerned. "Are you going to be all right Syrus?"

"Yeah Jaden! Don't worry about me!" Syrus said cheerfully as he left. Jaden looked on as he left till he was gone, and then he sat there thinking for the rest of the class about what was wrong with Syrus. Syrus soon had a depressed look on his face. 'Great stupid! The one time I could spend time with Jaden and I told him not to worry!' Syrus told himself bitterly.

As he headed for the nurse's office, his stomach rumbled so loud that half the school could hear it. Syrus rubbed his stomach in pain and let out a soft moan. "Darn it! Darn it! Forget the Nurses! I need to eat and fast!" Syrus told himself aloud as he ran towards the Cafeteria.

Within minutes Syrus had arrived at the Academy's cafeteria. He saw no one in there, no doubt on their break before lunch. He entered the kitchen and was awestruck by what he saw. crates full of freshly cooked sandwiches, gallons of milk and other drinks, sweets as far as the eye can see, and loads of fattening foods that could turn a skinny kid into the blob in about 3 seconds. Syrus licked his lips hungrily as he looked on at the food. "Time to feast!" Syrus smiled as he jumped in.
