As Syrus made his way to Jaden, Jaden himself was staring at the enormous shadow just on the other side of the waterfall. Before he could react, a gigantic hand darted forward through the crashing spray and reached for Jaden. Jaden fell back and instinctively crawled away from it. The massive hand, connected to an equally massive arm felt around the cave, trying to grab Jaden, the bicep flexing. Jaden forced himself to stop. He had called out for this giant and he needed a way out of this cave before Tyranno woke up. Jaden glanced back at Tyranno and saw he was still asleep. After confirming this, Jaden walked forward and allowed the hand to touch him. Gently, the hand wrapped around Jaden's body until he was sitting on the palm, his back resting against the fingers. Slowly the hand began to curl closed and Jaden quickly turned on his side, curling into a ball so that the hand could make a fist around him. Combined with the intoxicating scent of the giant, the warmth of his hand was very relaxing and Jaden sighed and felt tired. All sound was muffled including the pounding of the waterfall as the hand passed smoothly under it, not a drop of water getting inside to get Jaden's vulnerable body wet. Jaden felt the fingers loosening around him and slowly sat up, looked up to see who had saved him. His eyes met those of Jesse, looking to be around twenty five feet tall at least. Jaden's eyes widened as he took in Jesse's enormous body, his massive chest, his bulging biceps, his abs, cut so deep Jaden knew he could probably hang from them. The ground around his feet was broken up, with long cracks jutting around his footprints. Even though Jaden couldn't see around this massive god like duelist, he knew there would be several more footprints behind him, each one shattering the ground. Jaden looked back up and said, "Thank you for saving me Jesse. I almost had a really bad experience!"

Jesse smiled and said, "Well, you're safe now Jaden."

He held the smaller duelist close to him and Jaden felt lightheaded with the smell coming from his body. Jaden's heart was pounding, much like it was doing when he had been with Syrus. Did this mean he liked Jesse and Syrus?

This thought was like a spike through his head. What would Syrus think if he saw this? Just sitting this close to Jesse felt like a betrayal to Syrus. Jesse noticed his look and, with concern in his voice, asked, "What's the matter?"

Jaden looked up at him and said, "This...doesn't feel right..."

Jesse frowned and said, "You don't like me?"

"No, no! It's not that!" Jaden said, waving his hands around. "It's just...things between me and Syrus have been so confusing...and lately everything has been kind of...strange..."

"Strange like me being a giant, or strange emotionally?"

"Both actually."

Jesse looked Jaden straight in the eye and said, "I love you Jaden. I want you to realize that."

Jaden blushed as he heard this. Deep in his heart, he knew he loved Jesse as well. But he still had feelings, strong feelings, for Syrus. Would it be unfair to think that all three of them could be together? Probably. Yet both Jesse and Syrus had the same scent...obviously that meant all three of them were meant to be together, right? Maybe.

Jaden's head was filled with conflicting emotions and thoughts. It was all too much to take in right now. Suddenly, the ground began to rumble, pushing all thoughts out of both Jaden and Jesse's minds. A loud grinding crack filled the air, drawing the boys attention to the cave. The waterfall was shivering, as rocks started falling off the forty foot mountain, splashing into the pool at the bottom of the waterfall. The whole front half of the mountain seemed to be falling apart! Jaden, remembering that Tyranno was still inside, had a strange feeling of foreboding. Suddenly, a huge fist punched through the mountain face, sending a waved of cold spray over Jesse, who quickly shielded Jaden, keeping him dry. Another fist broke out, followed by a huge foot, then another. With a fierce grinding the entire face of the mountain exploded outward showering the landscape with rocks and water. Once all the debris had cleared Jaden peered between Jesse's fingers and nearly fainted at what he saw. Tyranno was standing where the cave had been, ten feet taller than the mountain itself. His muscles had bulged to even greater sizes, his shadow engulfing Jesse. He grinned down at him and said, "Trying to steal Jaden from me huh? Big mistake!"

Tyranno cracked his knuckles and advanced on Jesse, ready to take Jaden back by force if need be.
