Luffy looked at Zoro and said, "Aren't you going to try anything?"

"No thanks! I'm not going to touch them until I know what they are."

Luffy shrugged and opened the box. He reached in and grabbed a handful of the cookies inside. Before he could stuff them in his mouth, Zoro grabbed his arm and said, "One! If they're poison one shouldn't be fatal."

Luffy emptied his hand of cookies except for one and Zora let him go. He popped the small cookie in his mouth and chewed it up. It didn't taste like much, just a regular sugar cookie. He swallowed it and said, "Seems fine to me!"

Zoro still looked skeptical and said, "Let's just wait and see."

So they waited. A few minutes later, Luffy's stomach growled and he said, "Can I have another one yet?"

Before Zoro could answer, something very strange happened. Luffy started to grow! Zoro backed away as Luffy's body expanded, breaking the chair he was sitting in. His legs lengthened on either side of Zoro until his feet were hanging over the bow of the ship. His head traveled higher and higher into the sky until it was level with the crow's nest. Finally, his butt ended up resting on the stern of the ship with his hands gripping the sides of the ship for balance. The whole thing was rocking back and forth due to the sudden change in weight.

Zoro gaped up at his huge captain, completely at a loss for words. Before either one could say anything there was a frenetic pounding from below deck. Zoro looked over at the door leading below deck and saw Luffy was sitting in a way that blocked it. Sanji was probably wondering what the heck was going on. Suddenly, Luffy laughed and said, "Didn't see that coming!"

Zoro sweatdropped at the casualness of this statement and yelled, "I told you, you shouldn't have eaten them!"

Luffy looked down at Zoro and said, "Now can I have another one?"

"NO!!! YOU CAN'T HAVE ANOTHER ONE!!!!!"

"Hey!" Sanji's voice came from behind the door. "What's going on out there?"

No one answered him and Luffy couldn't shift his position without falling off the boat.
