There is a thunderous gurgling sound. The nurse giggles slightly embarrassed.

"Well," she laughs, blushing a little. "I guess I must be hungrier than I thought. And maybe that means you aren't going to be OK after all." She licks her lips and saliva drools down her chin.

The nurse takes a step closer and to your horror her jaw begins to widen. Still naked on the bed, you shrink back from her. You could give in, but there might still be chance to dash across the room and try to escape. The secretary is just outside and seems to have taken a liking to you - maybe she will stop the nurse from having you for lunch! What should you do?
