Slow down your digestion and keep her prisoner that much longer. That will give you more time, but fairly soon you have to digest her or she will force you to cough her up. Still, you can get a little extra time with no trouble.
Digest her now and then eat her again when she reforms. That adds the prospect of another wonderful meal and a maximum amount of time to flee, but you don't know anything about reforming. There is some chance, maybe tiny, maybe huge, that the nurse will be ready before you realize it. Definitely a danger you will get caught right away.
