"Well, yes I really do trust you not to digest me, but that isn't a problem anyway. I'm a mage remember? Unless you plan on popping back to Alpha Beta Alpha and their magic dampers I'm not going to LET you digest me."
You chuckle, remembering that it was her fear that you WANTED to digest her she was worried about (at least consciously. Maybe subconsciously she was worried about digestion itself).
"Of course. I should have remembered." you pat your belly softly as you get ready for bed. "You have a nice comfy night and let me know if you want out, OK Failiel?"
A murmer of consent is all that proceeds a series of yawns followed by deep breathing. It seems she doesn't have any trouble getting to sleep when she wants to. You wished you could fall asleep that easily.
