You start wiggling your way down as she continues her feeble attempts to swallow. Eventually your feet reach her stomach and you start bending so you can fit in there.
You are about done with that bend when your hips reach her mouth, and she discovers just why you wanted to enter this way. Your tool is going directly over her tongue and you are going to get a free blow job by the time she gets to your waist. She of course is not pleased with this.
