Your curiosity overcomes your worries about privacy. "How did this pregnancy come about? There must be quite a tale to that."

"Not all that much." Cynthia says. "It was out of the usual to some extent tho."
"Sam had gotten hold of this special drink. He didn't say where, and he no longer remembers. Which is a pity. I would like to have it again. What it does is keep a man up for hours no matter how much sex he has. And it makes a woman really enjoy sex for all those hours.
"Anyway, he & Richard slipped it into my and Diana's drinks and things got wild from there. I can't say everybody had everybody, but I had everybody and everybody had me, including myself when the boys were at both ends of Diana. The details are rather hazy, but I figure we did just about every possible combination before we slowed down.
"Likely we would have drifted off to sleep in a little longer, but it happened I had been trying to diet, and had reached the point where I was about ready to give in to my hunger. So when my sex drive shrank to where I could think about anything else, I was aware I was tremendously hungry, and there were Sam and Diana's feet right in my face as they were going at it..
"So I started eating them while Richard continued to pole me in both holes, switching from time to time. As hungry as I was, they were really delicious. I just couldn't stop eating. Diana noticed about the time I reached their knees and tried to get Sam to do something, but, being a boy, he was more interested in doing her. Of course the movement of his hips did make it harder for me anyway, but hips, chests, and shoulder eventually went down.
"For all her objections, the last I saw of Diana, she was kissing Sam. He deserved it. He must have kept at her for at least an hour in my belly. I went to sleep too soon to tell, but I wouldn't be surprised if he was still surging into her when I reduced them to soup.
"When I woke the next day, it was clear something had happened, and the nurse confirmed I was pregnant with the two of them. And so we started working like dogs.
"It will be over in a couple of weeks now, but it seems like every day is harder than the last. Soon, we have to teach them some morals and manners, which won't be easy. They will mostly just remember their old habits, but I am hopeful for breaking them of smoking. Filthy habit. Just ruins the taste of those you eat, and a smoker eating you stinks."

The kids have digested enough to start needing watching, so you thank her for her time and head off to get your things from your rooms. Not that there is much, but it is something.
But part way, Lizz mentions "I am getting awfully hungry.."

"Hmm, you have had time to finish that woman. So let's hunt you up a meal." Looking around, you point out "There's that vore mage. She may be a serious battle, but she's the only one close. Want to eat her?"
