You pause as Sarah studies you. Finally you shrug. “I’ll go see the nurse and get that potion I suppose. No sense permanently digesting her.”

Sarah folds her arms under her chest, shifting her weight to another leg. “Why?”

You smile, “Because Failiel was tasty.” You say rubbing your belly. “And her being a mage will mean that next time I try to devour her, it’ll be more of a challenge!”

Sarah quirks an eyebrow at you, obviously surprised by your answer. “Gutsy.” She finally admits. “Likely stupid and suicidal…but gutsy.” She shrugs and turns away. “It’s your choice but if you change your mind…” She lets it hang.

You thank her and make your way to the nurse’s office, quickly downing the potion that will ensure Failiel’s return. You also drop off her glasses, figuring she’ll need them when she get’s back.

Afterwards you pause. It might make sense to try and find a way to ensure that an angry mage, or anyone else for that matter, considering how willing the ladies of your house were to end a life, doesn’t end your life in their stomach. It might be prudent to get an ace in the hole you think.
