"Yes, you may escort me to my new quarters." That's Failiel. She's a prisoner and she still wants to act like she is queen of the campus.

You are not sure if Sarah's smile is amused or sadistic, but at least it means she is not going to react badly right now. [You are making no bets about after you get back to ABA.] "But of course. Right this way if you please."

Sarah then turns to look at you, and you put one hand on Failiel's huge mound while the other grasps a nicely rounded hip. "I'll make sure she doesn't try anything." This idea appeals a good deal more to Sarah than to Failiel of course, but there is little she can do except glare at you.

"An excellent idea. Let's get going." and the bunch of you head to ABA.

Failiel is too mad at you to speak for much of the way, but she eventually calms down to ask "Just how did you defeat my spell? It should have killed you or...."

Not one to miss the chance to brag to a hot lass, you answer "I used the Phoenix Potion."

"You used the Phoenix Potion? From Practical Alchemy? Page 106-107?" And brewed it up?" When you affirm that, she continues "You are an idiot! A very clever one perhaps, but still an idiot.
"It obviously didn't occur to you that it was strange that the book was dusty. Nor that if the potion was as useful as you thought that everybody would be using it. And it is very obvious you didn't notice the description continued onto page 108, which is where the drawbacks are mentioned."

"Drawbacks? What drawbacks?"

"I'll let you discover that yourself. Suffice it to say, you are going to survive the next month. Whether you will consider that an advantage is another matter entirely. For myself, I'm not sure if I should be even more furious about being taken out by such a fool, or happy I will be getting some revenge for my ruin."

As you get close to ABA, Failiel seems to wilt. "Something wrong?"

"Alpha Beta Alpha is an anti-magic zone. All my spells and powers are going away. I haven't felt so vulnerable in years."

You pause from caressing her breast long enough to give her a less lewd hug "Now don't worry. I'll protect you." She seems to take some comfort from this claim [which is pretty worthless since you are the inferior sex here, and the most junior member.] She steps thru the doors leaning to you instead of away.
A moment later she is not just leaning. She is clinging.
Her approach and entry had caused quite a stir. You had known she was a well known lass, but you hadn’t realized she was this famous. Or maybe that should be infamous…

The first girl to approach you is a short Asian of about five foot, if she stands up straight, which is pretty much mandatory from your way of thinking. Her chest rivals Failiel’s, and you have the idea that if she leans forward, she will fall on her face, or as close to it as those mountains will allow. Her straight black hair contrasts nicely with her deep golden tan and delicate [and tasty?] skin. Of course, she would look better smiling instead of deeply hostile… “So we finally caught you, Failiel. Now you are going to pay, and pay in full. You never…”

“I’m afraid not, Yoko.” Sarah breaks in. “She’s applied to be a member.”

If you thought Yoko was mad before… well, you are just glad she is not mad at you…Wait, maybe she is… Failiel has crept around behind you and Yoko will have to go right thru you to get at her. She looks eager to do just that… There are times it really is not a good idea to be the boyfriend…But something, possibly sheer terror, keeps you from moving out of the way.
Happily for you at least, Yoko turns to Sarah with a scream of rage, and a long list of Failiel’s sins, each of which demands immediate, and likely fatal, punishment. She does not stop until a tall black girl whose silver hair billows almost to the floor approaches and demands “What is causing this fuss?”

Sarah and Yoko quickly report to this lass, who is apparently named Alexandra, and apparently is the boss around here. After she hears from Sarah and Yoko, she rules “I am almost as sorry as you are Yoko, but the rules are clear. Her membership application may not be rejected without cause, and her past is not cause. She will get her chance to become a member however little we may like it.
“However, that doesn’t mean we can’t make her life …interesting…”
