"Wonderful!" he hands you the recipe. "I want you to make a Sailor Scout Stew. Nothing too hard I think, but I warn you that it also will not be easy. You have to have just the right amount of seasonings for a meal like this." He smiles and winks. "Oh! And be comical. Remember this is a toon house!" He smiles. "The assignment is due at dinnertime. See you then!" He smiles and vanishes into the crowd. Weird guy.
But he left one heck of an assignment. First, you have the find the sailor scouts you want to use, then cook them.
This may not be easy after all.
