Rickie did stimulate you from inside, so you should do Kia from inside. You are not quite sure about that logic, but it seems right, at least in your groggy state.

Stuck inside her stomach, you really can't move much. It seems pretty impossible. But you have got to try. So try pushing here, and pulling there, and stretching and ...

"Hey! What are you doing?" Kia asks in a rather friendly tone. "I can't say I object, but most meals stay quiet."

"I'm trying to give you a climax."

"Go on. You can't manage that from in my belly."

"When I had Rickie in mine, he really sent me over the top. So I should be able to do the same. Not having much luck so far."

"Well, maybe Rickie will teach you. Becky! Gia, says that Rickie can do you from inside. Is that... He is?!...Well, how is he doing that?"

Being inside of Kia, it's pretty easy to hear what she says. Her whisper is almost a shout. But it's durn hard to hear anything else. The flesh that acts as an echo chamber also acts as insulation. However, after a few moments, Kia is saying "Really? OK, we'll try it."
"Gia, feel down to my lower sphincter. Found it? Good. Now push your arm thru, up to the shoulder. ...That's it. I can feel you get into position."
You wish you couldn't. You are practically standing on your head and your arm is uncomfortable too. You try shifting around and manage to find a more comfortable position.
"Now my intestine can act as a long sleeve. You'll get some resistance, but you can move your arm and probe until you find my joy box. I think you can take it from there."

Things work somewhat as stated. It's more like some heavy tubing that you can bend only with effort, but you are soon probing all around her guts. It takes a little while, but eventually you are feeling something that brings a pleased yelp out of Kia. So to work caressing it.
It takes you quite some time. However, Kia is forgiving, and you can feel her excitement building as she starts to breath faster. Finally that excitement starts to really mount, and you can feel her clench and hear her gasp. Having done her once, you try again, and bring her to a screaming completion much quicker this time, as well as cause you to have a convulsive release that about knocks you out.

As you drift off, you hear Kia saying "You are definitely going to be spending a lot of time in my belly."
