You position yourself just right and open your mouth very wide and the secretary goes right in and starts down your throat. The nurse must have been toying with you as she ate you, you figure, because as soon as you start to swallow, the secretary is forced into the nurse's stomach at an alarming rate. This forces you to completely swallow the secretary in one gulp which you didn't think was possible.
