Sometime later, you are awaken by the nurse shifting her position again. You feel around the walls of her womb. When you probe her cervix, it yields a bit. You find that you are able to push your finger through it. Getting bold, you push a bit harder. You are delighted when your hand passes the cervix. Pushing as hard as you can without waking the nurse, you push your whole arm through the nurse's cervix. You then push your other arm through her cervix. Your way thus prepared, you push your head between your arms. When your head emerges from the nurse's vagina, you find the foot of the bed within reach. You grab the footboard of the bed, and use it to pull yourself out of the nurse's womb.

Finally out of the nurse's womb, you step into her bathroom, and take a shower. You shower for a long time, just savoring the simple pleasure of showering, not because you feel dirty, but because it is a pleasure you couldn't get inside the nurse's womb.

When your shower is done, you look at the nurse sleeping peacefully, and wonder what to do to her. You decide you want to give as good as you got, but what exactly to do is another question.
