As you watch the squirming pile of human flesh, you decide to test your limits a bit more. Opening your jaws wide, you start stuffing all three boys in at once, starting foot-first with two of them, and head-first with the third, simply because that's the side that was closest to you. This proves to be slightly more challenging, and you start to worry just for a second that you've bitten off more than you can swallow, but the boy in the middle of the sandwich suddenly slips down, making it easy to gobble the other two as well.

Just as the feet of the head-first boy is saying goodbye to the world, the door slides open again, and whoever it was falls directly into your mouth, ass-first. Well, it's in your mouth, so it's going down, so you swallow again, and whoever the fourth person was soon lands atop the other three.

Unfortunately, now, you're left waiting for the next appetizer, as the chamber churns. You start idly rubbing your large belly, knowing there's still plenty of room inside.
