To your relief [and unacknowledged disappointment], Sam lets go of Pam for a moment and she adjusts herself, lying on the bed with limbs spread wide. You have time to wonder just how you can see the smile she is welcoming Sam with as he climbs on top of her.
You are surprised to realize she is wrapping arms and legs around him, drawing him close to her, and squeezing you into his chest. You had assumed she was still tied up, but if so there is a tremendous amount of play in the ropes. Surprising that he is giving her this much freedom, but then, Pam had hardly been that indignant about being carried off in the first place, and had become distinctly more pleased with her captivity as Sam had proved a gentle master.
You hardly approve. Granted, there is a tremendous difference in just who kidnaps and rapes you, and Sam is an attractive guy and all, but... A girl just should not be that willing to be a toy.
Of course, that becomes a little harder to maintain as Sam's chest caresses and stimulates you. You can feel your nipples starting to get hard even as you try to deny you have any interest in his lewd intentions.
Pam of course is making no denial at all. Instead, she is trying to help guide his staff into her damp heat. She gives a gasp as she succeeds. She is still close to a virgin and still feels some pain from his entry. However, it is a pain that is easily overcome by pleasure, and she is feeling more joy with each thrust.

A moment later, Sam and Pam respond with their own elation.
For a moment, all are still. You do try to vore Sam, but whether it's your own exhaustion, Pam refusing to let you, or Sam blocking your attempt, you might as well not bother. After a moment, Sam gets up and announces "OK, now it's time for you to provide me with a snack."
Pam is hesitant, possibly because she lost her previous lout after being vored. "But if I get vored, I may lose Gia." She clutches your massive mounds that make her so attractive to males.
"After all the voring you have been doing, I don't think you need to worry." Sam chuckles. "You should keep your figure even if she does escape. However..." He reaches for a bottle. "This potion will cause you to reform in this room, and thus so will she. If you think your beauties need augmentation, we can take care of it then.
You try to object to this plan. "Drink that potion, and we will be his prisoners, his toys. We will never be able to escape him. Every time we get vored, we will be back here under his control."
Pam doesn't see it that way. "That means he can't throw us away. He will keep us!" She seems thrilled. You had realized being dumped had hurt her, but so much so that being a slave sounds appealing? She can't mean that, can she?
She could. She reaches out for the potion, and Sam hands it to her. Then she drinks it without hesitation. You are not sure how you can tell, but it does taste very good. And somehow you know something is different now.
Pam seems to too. She smiles and asks "OK, how do you want your food?"
