You grab the note from the boy. You notice that this boy is very cute, thin and short in stature. The note reads "Johnny has been suffering dizzy spells all day. I think he may have heatstroke. Please take a look." You walk around him and close the door behind him. "Take off your clothes", you tell him, not sure what you want to do with him yet, but still certain that you want to check him out. He looks at you confused, but excited, since all he knows is that you are a beautiful woman, and removes his clothes. He has a 12 inch member (which you notice is becoming erect) and cute, round butt.

"How long have you felt this dizziness, Johnny?", you ask, while scrambling through the medicine drawers, looking for a thermometer. "Since about noon", he replies. You take his temperature and ask a few more questions. Then you have him do a few simple exercises, such as walking a straight line. Getting a wicked idea, you tell him to stand up straight, and bend over to touch his toes as far as he can and stay there until you say "when".
