Making your way to the clearing not too far away you start worrying more about your friends, they could be anywhere by now or even dead...

You enter the clearing and see nothing really of interest, no signs of civilisation, to your delight however, there is a lake, the stream leading towards it coming down from a mountain you can just barely see in the distance.

You go towards it for lack of anything else of interest in the area and wait by the edge, thinking of what to do next, watching the leaves float across the surface.
