You wait for the tingle down your spine to stop, when it does you step forward slowly towards where the sound came from.

"Hello?" You call out again as you get closer.

You then hear a giggle, you feel relieved. "I knew it was you, come on out." You demand, not amused by the joke.

"Why don't you come here?" A soft innocent voice said. It was then that you realised that it didn't belong to your friends.

"Who are you?" You ask.

The voice doesn't respond, instead the rustle of bushes changes direction. You look around, confused at where whoever spoke went exactly.

The voice giggled again, this time it sounded more sinister than innocent. You took steps back, preparing to about face and run for it.

"Oh... don't go.." the voice said, "we can have so much fun together."

That did it. You turned and ran. The sound of someone or something approaching sped up in response. You ran through bushes as tall as you, pushing your way through the thick undergrowth, your exhaustion giving way to fear of being caught up by your pursuer.

You ran as fast as your legs could take you, when they gave up, you ran some more. You slowed down after a while, still managing a slow jog. The noise behind you had stopped. You looked behind you to make sure as you carried on.

Before you could turn your head back round your foot gave way, next thing you know, you are tumbling to the ground, fast, darkness followed...
