You were just a few metres away from where the beach ended and and grass, shrubery and the like were ahead, you thought you might be able to lose her if you just got far enough in there and get some distance between you! She surely would slither into problems getting past the thick undergrowth.

You carried on sprinting, sweat dripping down your forehead. One foot hit the grass and just as you thought you might had a chance... your other was swept from under you and you stumbled into a hop or two before falling face first into a bush that rustled from your disturbance.

"Oooh, I'm sorry human, I didn't mean to hurt you but you ran," she then paused as she dragged you from the bush, "and I'm hungry."

You turned around as she held onto your leg with both her arms now, she started to take off your footwear one leg at a time then she licked up lips as her tongue began to salivatate.

You squirmed your legs but it was little use, maybe her human half didn't look it but she was certinly strong, your legs barely moved as she held them in her firm grasp.

"Please, please don't eat me!" You muttered out almost whimpering as your struggling didn't seem to even phase her, and apparently, neither did your plea. She started pulling on your trousers which took a bit of effort from her as she didn't undo the button or zip but they tore and she managed to strip them off your legs.

You assumed she just didn't like the taste of fabric with her meals and the threat was getting closer and closer to you being just another one for her.
