Helene looked at her snowman and realized it looked like Master Skywalker. In his younger days, Master Skywalker was here on Hoth fighting against the Empire. His heroic actions are legend.

The rebel base must be here somewhere, though the entrance was likely hidden under drifting snow. Hoth was damn cold, she thought. She closed her eyes and used the force. The entrance was nearby, just to the west of her snowbound spaceship.

Helene approached the entrance, which was blocked by ice and snow. She took out her lightsaber and cut through the ice. After twenty minutes, she had removed enough ice, and opened the door using the force.

Inside it was warmer, but not enough. In places, the ceiling had caved in, though there were pockets with breathable air. She used her saber to start a small fire on a pile of wood beams. The warmth felt good.

So this was the home of the rebellion. It looked quaint and simple. Helene would look for a way to get power going, she thought. A little work and this could be a nice lair.

She lay next to the fire, thinking about her hearing with the Jedi Council. She drifted off to sleep.
