This choice: It was the voice of another Council member... | Go Back Chapter 11: Dark Side of the Council (ID #241392) an addition by: Mandi ![View amandag580's Portfolio. He had sat with his hood over his head, his face cast in shadow. She did not know who he was, but she remembered his voice as he conferred with the council and gave his vote. She was sure he was the one who held his saber to her throat and told her that Juno had killed her own master.
She looked at Juno, who stared back at her curiously. "What is it?" he said.
"What is the name of the rogue Jedi?"
Juno laughed. "I don't know. The council doesn't know either."
"How can that be? Didn't the rogue Jedi just complete the Jedi trials?"
"Yes, but so did many others. They don't know which one betrayed them."
"How could you track this rogue if nobody knows who he is?"
"As I said, they see that I have special powers. I know when I'm near."
The Master Jedi council member who had stood behind her, who told her Juno was guilty of her master's murder, could have killed Master Lucilius more easily than Juno. A Jedi Master against a Jedi Master, more likely than a Jedi who just recently finished the trials winning against a Jedi Master. The council member must be a Sith. Is there any other explaination?
Helene smiled at Juno. "So, using your special power, is the rogue Jedi close right now?"
"Closer than you know," Juno said, staring into her blue eyes. "It might even be you." Where will this story go next? Your choices are below...
