"What? No!!" I shouted, my own voice echoing off the jar walls "I don't believe you... let me out of here... now!!"

"And what are you gonna do if I dont?" the nurse smiled, as she set me on her desk, trapped in the jar. After I had paused nervously for several seconds, she finally answered, "yeah, that's what I thought"

The nurse locked the door behind her and left me in her office, trapped in the jar. Maybe I could still make my super powers work and help myself... but even if I could, I couldn't grow inside this jar or I'd cut myself with glass. I'd need to teleport myself out of the jar first... but was I that good?
