After some further, rigorous beating, I was able to break apart the chains that restrained her towards the wall. I reach out my hand towards her to help her get up but she still remained reluctant and much more afraid of her newly found freedom.

"Come on, I won't hurt you, I promise..." I try to convince her "I just want to help you..."

It was obvious that she had trust issues...but somehow I still was able to get a bit of trust from her. She grabs my hand and I help her up, but she immediately collapses back down to the ground.

"Are you okay?" I ask, crouching down towards her.

"My apologies..." she moans. "I'm too weak to stand..."

I then let her on my back, securing her over my shoulders. Thankfully for me, she was rather light so it would be less of a hassle to carry her around. Deciding to get avoid attention from the public for the time being, we continue to move down the alleyway. I noticed she had fallen asleep as I continued on. Maybe it would be for the best right now. There were still a lot of problems awaiting the both of us...
