Female celebrities get shrunk or made younger by age regression. You dont have to make it an instant thing. You can have the changes take time to fully happen. I personally like the slow shrinking, or shrinking just enough to freak them out. Age regression can be all at once or a little at a time.( mental or physical) these elements can be added together.
