Jeez, Dave had no idea his body was so handsy. Dave wrenched himself from his girlfriend's body (which was now his body) and tried walking faster.
"Sophie, wait!" Dave's body called after her. Dave, or Sophie, just kept walking. He wondered if that was really like him, or if his body was different without him. Maybe that really was Sophie and she (after realizing the switch) was now trying to trick him. All this thinking made his head hurt. He did know that if his body was his, he would have to confront it sooner or later. If he were to ever return to his old body, he still wanted to date Sophie.
"Sophie!"
Suddenly he realized something. If he was in Sophie's body, where was Sophie? Was she lost, just gone for ever? Did she inhabit some new body, maybe a body that had just come to exist. Maybe she was a newborn baby. Dave knew that being in Sophie's body was wierd and creepy, but just imagine what Sophie was going through. Dave knew that Trenchpot was somehow behind this, but Sophie didn't. She was lost, in an unfamiliar body, with no idea how she got there.

The school bell rang just as Dave entered the building. He knew he would have to confront Trenchpot and get her to fix this!
