In Hamilton, New Jersey Seward Johnson created a Sculpture Garden for artists to exhibit their creations. I believe it is 35 acres of landscaped land that has been turned into a beautiful park to stroll alone or with friends and enjoy the outdoors and art together. There are 250 pieces of art beautifully displayed among the landscape on easily accessible walkways.I love taking pictures and this is one of my favorite places to explore that passion. Another passion of mine is trees. I love the various angles and the way the light passes between the branches. I have included some of my favorites. I have added some water fountains from Longwood Gardens, Kenneth Square. Dupont opened this agricultural garden to teach people how to use their gardens productively and creatively. His fountains are all gravity fed with out electricity. I am beginning to photograph flowers up close, my first is the hibiscus. |
