How Long Will You Read?

Much of our reading today is done online. From newspapers to encyclopedias, we are a world that heads for the computer when we want to know something. I've been searching for online markets for some of my short stories. Tell me, what is the longest story you prefer to read online?


 Poll Options:

    Keep it super short, baby. The story should be less than 500 words (1 1/2 web pages long).
    Very short is fine - just so long as the story doesn't go over 1000 words (3 web pages long).
    Short is good. I'll read a story up to 2000 words or about 6 web pages long.
    Medium length is okay with me. I'll read a story of up to 3000 words or about 9 web pages long.
    Moderately long is cool with me. I'll read a story of up to 4,000 words or 12 web pages long.
    I have no problem with reading a story of up to 5000 words or 15 web pages long.
    I love short stories. I'll read any short story (defined as 7500 words or less).
    Reading on the computer, are you kidding? I use the computer for everything but reading.
    If the story is interesting enough, I don't even notice how long it is.
