Should the forsaken believe?
A questioning belief under set circumstances thing.

Assume that you believe in a divine being, an omnipotent entity. You found this belief through a religion that you followed devoutly your entire life.
If you were told by this god or goddess personally that you had put forth a great effort, but you would never be quite up to par and would never be good enough to be loved or accepted by them would you still follow the religion?

    Of course not.
    Of course, a belief is a belief however hopeless.
    I would pay lip service to the religion, just going through the motions.
    I don't possess the imagination capable to place myself in a figurative religion.
