How much detail?
How much of a description do you like to have of a character?

Another of those areas that my feedback disagrees on is the amount of time to spend on describing a character. Some people like a few hints - "She was a curvy blonde" - and the rest left to their imagination. Others seem to think the more detail, the better. What do YOU prefer?


 Poll Options:

    The bare minimum, so my imagination can do the work
    A sketchy description that tells me their most noticeable attributes
    Enough detail that I could draw recogniseable picture of them
    Tell me EVERYTHING! From hair length in microns to the position of their freckles!
