The Warflower is a historical novel set in 6th century Britain. The Roman legions have been gone more than a century, and Arthur's victories are a generation in the past. The Saxons, recovered from the blows Arthur dealt them, are returning to claim Britannia for themselves.

Llewin is a Briton fighting to keep the Saxons out of his home and gradually coming to realize his people aren't likely to win this war. Arian is the daughter of the greatest British war leader since Arthur.

Manuscript is currently in its second draft. I am posting chapters as I revise them. You can see samples of the first draft below the revised chapters, if you are curious.
