You have arrived at "Little Acorn Cottage" . Stained glass panels glisten softly in the front door, revealing a vivid Monarch Butterfly. A gentle breeze tickles the bamboo chimes on the front patio, and shivers amongst the leaves and flowers in their pots, hanging from the edge of the roof. An old, ginger tomcat purrs on the porch swing, ignoring the birds feeding at the little birdhouses, which are suspended out of his reach. Hummingbirds sip, while finches and parakeets pick at seeds. Beside the swing sits a small, wooden, fold-up table, upon which is a china tea service, just waiting for the kettle to whistle.

The Office

The front room is an office, and it is bathed in morning sunlight. Shelves full of books line two walls, while a solid oak desk bears a computer and printer. A just-completed manuscript awaits an envelope and stamps. In this room, the serious work of writing is done.

The Library

Another room full of books, with comfy, over-stuffed couches for relaxing. One wall is almost entirely comprised of windows looking out on the back gardens, where a small stream cuts a shallow path amongst willow trees and shady ferns. Contests, Articles, Essays and Short Stories are stored here.

The Kennel

Stop by the Kennel out back of the cottage, and pick up a signature net pet for your port. You'll also be helping the "RISING STARS CHARITABLE FUND" .
