They dwelve into those spaces between silence and a scream and all that lies inbetween. Places we sometimes don't want to go because it leaves us vulnerable, wide-open, like the pages of a book to be explored. Some of us are not comfortable with that. Others, like myself, who have been through a lot of trauma, have no choice but to wear our heart on our sleeve. That's the nature of me: what you see is what you get. Friends have often termed me a "drama-queen;" LOL, I know I tend to over-emphasize, over-emotionalize. And it comes out in my Poetry, as well, which drips with emotional metapbor and imagery. So, if you're not the emotional type, this area of my writing will bore you to tears. If you are emotionally-driven as I am, you will find yourself crying beside me, or laughing, or feeling the world just a little more painfully. I get up close and personal with life, nature, and whatever I'm passionate about. I either love something or I loathe it, there is no gray area with me. And you walk away knowing where I stand, and, where I fall.
