*Reading* COMPLETED "A Green Land No More"~
my 2006 NaNoWriMo [National Novel Writing Month] winning novella, turned novel.
A novel in the genre of historical romance. It is a coming of age story set during the mini iceage that gripped parts of Europe in the late 1400's. It is a story of greed, environmental change, and lechery; and how they destroy the best laid of plans. And it is a story of how love can change lives and sculpt destiny.
*Exclaim* Warning~ Four chapters contain detailed violence and/or sexual content, please look for the rating carefully.*Exclaim*

*Reading* COMPLETED "Wildewood: A Novel"~
my 2007 NaNoWriMo [National Novel Writing Month] winning novella.
A novella in the genre of historical romance. It is the story of two years in the lives of two sets of siblings as they experience life in the new English Colony of Conneticuit. Can they survive the responsibilities of their new-found adulthood and a violent Indian war, to find the happiness they long for in their new home? The sisters are kidnapped for ransom by the hostile New England natives. Can their brothers find them in time; before they are all caught up in the war? Read to find out. This is my favorite piece to date!!
*Exclaim* Warning~ Three chapters contain detailed violence and/or sexual content, please look for the rating carefully.*Exclaim*

*Reading* COMPLETED "Last Night at the Blue Rose"~
my 2008 NaNoWriMo [National Novel Writing Month] winning novella
The American Kingdom is fraught with civil unrest as God fearing citizens yearn to form a county without a Secularist King. In an effort to gain his people 's favor, the third King in the Adams Line sends his most trusted adviser to inspect a wild Colorado valley for the prospect of running a train from coast to coast. As Jasper Jackson steps off the stage with his children and his cousin, the Kings most decorated General, little did they know that a family secret they'd lost years before hid only feet away.

*Reading* CURRENT PROJECT(S) "Eternal Conflict Series"....

"La Pucelle: The First Ovate" (book one) ... All but the final chapter completed during 2010 NaNoWriMo... I'm not happy with it and have put it in the oven on warm untilI can get the end of "Eden's Shadow" finished and after 2011's NaNoWriMo.

"Gauntlet of Balance" (book two)"~ one of my newest projects. Whatcha see is whatcha get, I am writing and editing it as inspired. It is in the genre of Paranormal Romance/Occult; my first foray in this genre. The plot is well, in its infancy... It is a story of woman warriors... First there is Alexandra Ballatine, one of Light's Ovates, a killer for God. Then there is Xandra Lynn and Jeanne DeBoise, a District Attorney and Police Detective respectively whose civic philosophies clash. And lastly there is Jessica Pascal, a resurrected Marine on a mission from a Deity known only as "Mother". As the triskalion of war progresses, who will live and who will die trying to remake the world in their own image?

"It Came From the Darkness" (book three) ...Again, whatcha see is whatcha get... the Forces are back down to two and continue their competition for human and non-human souls alike. The year is 3110 and Cain's World War came to an end with Earthkind coming together in harmony for a time. Through cooperation and endeavor Earthkind has returned to the moon and set off into the Black to terraform and settle a handful of green planets. Caine returns from his long exile with more orders from his Father and a plan in place. Can a handful of University students, led by Lights newest Ovate, save the earth and perhaps the entirety of the Three Systems from an eternity of Darkness.

*Bigsmile* I hope you enjoy the one you chose to read.
