Close your eyes. Take in a slow cleansing breath through your nose. Hold and enjoy. Blow it out fast through your mouth. Continue breathing exersize along with regular breathing as you find relaxing.
See in your mind a nice green pasture near where you are sitting. Now think of your biggest worry. Eyes still closed, continue cleansing and normal breathing as comfortable. Now, in your mind change that worry into a sheep. Now, send the sheep to play in the green pasture. Bring up your worries one by one and send them into the pasture of emerald green grass to play.
Okay, session's over. Now get to back to work before your boss sends you to pasture with your sheep !
