As experienced writers and writer poets know and I have learned, the art does not sit idle as we write. I have grown at WDC in a short time and my writing is changing. I want to document the changes and separate work at points of noticeable growth and differences. I am at one such point now, September 4, 2008. All work prior to this date will find a home in this folder. I will be reborn in a new folder.

As the writer poet, I am interested and excited to see what happens. The past is not sitting behind it comes with me into a new life. Many of the subjects read will continue in the new section but somewhat differently. I also can see myself doing some rewrites of old poems contrasting the then and the now. WDC will serve as my poetic diary, detailing a poet from infancy through his life.
