I catch a glimpse,
a fleeting swirl of color
A note on the air,
resonates into silence
Deep inhalation draws closer an aroma,
Triggers a memory
So like a dream it fades moments before
it is in my grasp
A morsel I've never savored before
An unworldly texture
Action begets experience
I explore my Muse
