When I first came to this site, I had never written a poem in my life. Writing.com changed this and I couldn't be more thankful. With poetry came the ability to give my shadows a voice. The darkness that swells inside me every day of my life now has a place where it can breath.

My poetry has changed drastically over the years, from my first pieces to the ones I write now. There is a difference. A difference that I am proud of. My poetry is growing, becoming more stronger and I want to thank writing.com and the people on this site for that growth. My shadows would not have a voice without you.
