Hi, folks! I'm Pat, your instructor for
Punctuation Inc.
My address is Pat ~Share the Joy at 1499415 ,
but I spend a lot of time at "The Punctuation Inc. Classroom" .

A lot of learning takes place at "The Punctuation Inc. Classroom" .
We hope to see you there often to join in the latest discussions.
You'll meet Postmaster Bob, who is my forum assistant.
Winnie Kay , who teaches Comma Sense, is also my assistant.
All three of us are Punctuation Pals because we love punctuation! Bigsmile
Our interaction in the classroom forum provides us with opportunities to practice what we learn.
I hope everyone will feel comfortable in stepping up to the chalkboard and showing us what you've learned!
You will need to actively participate in the forum during this course.

Lesson 6: Apostrophes; Showing Possession; Gerunds
Lesson 7: Parentheses; Em Dashes
Lesson 8: Hyphens; En Dashes PLUS Final Exam and Student Survey




Registration starts EARLY (9:00 a.m. sharp) on Monday, April 29, 2013.
The classes fill up quickly, so don't dally.
The first class opens Monday, May 6th, 2013.
I'll send you the link late Sunday night, most likely.
The first assignments will be due on
Sunday, May 12th, by 11:59 p.m.
Before then, you will need to create a folder
for your Punctuation Inc. materials.




Punctuation Inc. requires active participation in a preterm forum session as well.
You can read more about the preclass session later. It's fun and educational—and required.
The preclass session runs from the time you register until classes begin.
