A knight called Matthew Hunter had arrived on the Hellmouth town of Sunnydale to protect Dawn Summers now her sister, Buffy, had died in the line of duty.

Little did he know, but there was more to his mission than there seemed. He soon found himself falling in love with Dawn, while trying to protect her from a woman who seemed to have acces to the same powers he did.
