The Celestial Millennium began a long time ago with the strongest most unified alliance of galaxies and planets and now continues in a time after the wars, where the Blackstar Union now reigns. The alliance is ruled with tyranny, elders keep constant watch, and kids are pulled from families, brought to training wards till they are hard, uncaring, and loyal only to the Blackstar Union.

Earth, the only planet oblivious to everything, had become a Haven to those during the wars who risked trying to get there. Gangs of the blackstar Union, made up of initiated students of the training wards, are scattered around the earth.

Whether they know of their Celestian heritage, are oblivous in the Earth's modern world, live in the training wards, or are leader of a Blackstar Gang... They all have one thing in common. They live in this time, this age, and they're in for the adventure of their lives.
