This is a potential novel about a world where a strange event has caused some people to develop into comic book type superheroes. It is set in the near future, around 2030. The event, called the Khaos storm, has triggered changes in people, animals, plants, and even minerals. It has created the traditional mutants, as well as producing new elements that allow for the presence of super technology. The Prologue is more of an essay about the history of Masked heroes and the Khaos storm. The story can be read without it, but it may be of interest to some readers.
