Nature draws her own pictures,

then colors them with delight.

                   Gazing at the Sky

Like giant herds of buffalo in Indian times,
heavy and thick with their ponderous size,
night-dark clouds gallop across the sky,
their giant hooves thundering with threat.

The Promise of Night

Burdened by the heavy sun
slipping slowly down the sky
is an agony of colors
groaning out for night

                             The Fog

                             Fog is slobbery
                             With cold-nosed puppy kisses
                             It brings damp greetings
